So happy with my documents!

I finally got my Last Will and Testament done with Trust and Will, and I'm so glad I did! The process was incredibly easy and fast. It felt like a huge weight lifted off my shoulders. I will absolutely use them again for other documents in the future and I've already told my sister about it!

Reliable for estate planning

This is my third time using Trust and Will. I first got a Will, then an update, and now I just completed a Healthcare Directive. The consistency in their platform and the ease of making changes or adding new documents is why I keep coming back. It's just a reliable place to get these important things done without a lot of fuss, they just work.

Good value for a Trust

I was looking for a Revocable Living Trust and Trust and Will offered a great price compared to other places. I also got a small discount which made it even better. The whole process was online and I felt like I got good value for what I paid. It's nice to know these things are covered without spending a fortune.

Decent service, minor hiccup

I purchased a Will-based Estate Plan. The online platform was generally user-friendly, and I liked how it guided me through the choices. Everything was clear regarding the documents. The only small thing was that it took a little longer than I expected to get confirmation emails after I submitted everything, maybe a couple of hours. But the documents themselves were ready to download right away, which was good.

Easy to set up a Will

I used Trust and Will to get my Last Will and Testament sorted. It was pretty straightforward, just answering some questions online. Felt good to finally have that checked off my list. Took about 45 minutes from start to finish.

Hey has anyone used this for a trust in California? Is it actually legit there, like legally binding?

D David 2 months ago
Yeah, I used them for my will in CA. All good. They say it's valid in all 50 states, so a trust should be fine too.

My cousin did her whole trust and will through them last year, also in CA. Everything seems to be holding up. I think they even offer an attorney review add-on if you're extra worried.

quick question: do they ever have sales or discount codes? i'm looking to do a trust but kinda hoping to save a few bucks.

C Cleo 2 months ago
Oh for sure! They have military, teacher, first responder discounts usually. And I think I saw something about a new customer promo if it's your first time. Check around Black Friday/Cyber Monday too, that's when I got mine.

Yep, they definitely do. I got a referral link from a friend which gave me like $20 off. You can only use one code though, so pick the best one!

How does Trust and Will stack up against LegalZoom? I'm trying to decide which one to use for a simple will, nothing too complex.

O Omar 2 months ago
I looked at both when I did my will. Trust and Will felt a bit more user-friendly and focused specifically on estate stuff. LegalZoom is more general, like a bunch of legal services. For a simple will, either is probably fine, but I preferred the interface here.

Trust and Will is usually a bit cheaper for just a will, from what I remember. Also, their customer support seemed a bit quicker when I had a question pre-purchase.

Can you actually edit your documents after you buy them, or are they set in stone? What if I need to change a beneficiary or something later?

R Rachel Whitfield 1 month ago
Yup, you absolutely can! That's one of the best parts. You just log back in and make changes. I updated my healthcare directive a few months after I first made it, no problem.

Yeah, it's pretty easy. You just gotta make sure to re-download and get it re-notarized or witnessed if you make significant changes, depending on your state and document type.

I'm a new teacher, do they have any special deals for educators? Was looking at getting a basic will setup.

A Amber 2 months ago
I think so! I'm pretty sure I saw an educator discount mentioned on their site or in an ad. Worth checking their FAQ or looking for a specific promo code for teachers.

Yeah, they usually do. My sister-in-law is a teacher and she got a discount when she set up her will with them last year. You probably just need to verify your status somehow.
